Analysis of the Heat Transfer in Electronic Radiator Filled with Metal Foam

The performance of an electronic radiator filled with metal foam a porosity 96% was studied. effect the factors including flow rates, pores per linear inch (PPI) and numbers fins analyzed. results show that reflects stronger ability heat transfer compared to without foam. With increase in rate between 10 L/h 60 L/h, coefficient both two radiators will be improved, but it is also dependent on number fins.
